Mary River Hargraves1

He caught this on Saturday at our secret fishing spot just past Kenilworth in the Mary River. He did well to land it with his whiting outfit with only 6 pound line. My son Jay ( 12 years) caught it and both him and dad were very excited! After a few pictures we released the fish to swim another day.

Mary River Hargraves2

Jay had gotten a rock to the head the afternoon before and found himself at the Malaney Hospital needing 8 stitches. This fish was caught early the next morning, cause nothing stops this kid fishing!
Jay was keen to share his picture of this awesome fish. Thanks, Mandy Hargreaves.
