Noosa: Flathead throughout the Noosa River and in Weyba Creek, trevally and tailor on top of the tide in Woods Bay. Try for jew, jacks and the odd threadfin Salmon between the lakes.
Maroochydore: A few tailor, trevally and sand crabs in the lower reaches, whiting in the canals, mangrove jack at dawn and dusk in the mid to upper reaches particularly at Bli Bli and flathead and school jew along the Bli Bli reach. Schools of herring have been moving throughout the lower river on the daily tide
Kawana: Try for dart, flathead, whiting and bream on the beaches. A few trevally feed along the rock walls and from McKenzies Bridge area. Jack in the canals and mud crabs in the deep holes in the upper reaches. Whiting from the yabbie banks in middle river.
Caloundra: Sand crabs in the passage. Plenty of reasonable flathead in the northern end of the passage at present. Some good whiting off the sand banks in the top end of the passage. Try for mangrove jack in Bells and Coochin Creek and try in Pelican Waters canals

The crews on Fish n Crab, Deep Sea Charters got into a few coral trout on a recent charter to the Banks!

Northerly 15 to 20 knots, increasing to 20 to 25 knots in the evening. Seas around 1 metre, increasing to 1 to 2 metres around midday. Big snapper and Cobia of Double Island Point. Big snapper to 7kg from the Banks. Jew fish from Murphy's and Coolum Reefs. Plenty of spotty mackerel from Currimundi.
Noosa: Tarpon, jew and flathead in the evenings and bream, flathead and whiting during the day at the Noosa River mouth. Flathead, bream and whiting in Weyba Creek. Good flathead along the Tewantin reach. School jew, jacks and threadfin Salmon between the lakes.
Maroochydore: Plenty of school flathead yesterday on soft plastics around Bli Bli. Schools of herring have been moving throughout the lower river on the daily tide. Sand crabs in the lower river. Mangrove jack in the middle-upper river and creeks. Some good whiting around the Bli Bli Islands, with smaller fish coming from the lower river. Flathead from Bli Bli and the creek mouths.
Kawana: Bream in the lower reaches of the Mooloolah River. A few trevally feed along the rock walls in the lower river and from McKenzies Bridge. Jack in the canals and mud crabs in the deep holes in the upper reaches. Whiting from the yabbie banks in middle river.
