Noosa: Barramundi to 70cm from the mouth and around the lakes on live bait and soft plastic lures. Flathead from the river mouth and around Webya creek on soft plastics. Whiting to 37cm from the Frying Pan on poppers and live worms.
Maroochydore: Jew fish, trevally and cod from the Cod hole at night. Trevally and flathead from the mouth of Coolum creek and the Bli Bli bridge. Bream and whiting from Goat and Channel Island on nippers and live worms. Crabs in the upper reaches.
Kawana: Snapper and sweetlip from the blinker. Trevally and Flathead from the Kawana boat ramp pontoon and along La Balsa park. Big bream and mud crabs around the trawlers at night.
Caloundra: Snapper from Bray’s rock and Cobia from the 12mile. Flathead and a few Queenfish from the boardwalk. Whiting out from the power boat club through to the mouth of Bells creek. Flathead and whiting on plastic and poppers from the mouth of Coochin creek.
