Noosa: Well after yesterdays clearing storms today should be a good to try local reefs, which have been producing pearl perch, sweetlip, snapper and Blue fin tuna. Dart, bream, flathead and chopper tailor have been caught on pilchards and pipis from North shore beach. Trevally in Woods Bays. A few decent mud crabs in the upper reaches.
Maroochydore: Trevally around 1.5kg have been caught on soft plastics, live baits and pilchards around the Cod hole. This week heaps of flathead up to 80cm and several catches in the 60 to 70cm range, have been caught and released from the lower river around the islands and Cotton Tree. Big whiting and bream to 35cm from the entrance of Maroochy waters canals, close to the dredge and through to the river mouth.
Kawana: Get out and try for snapper and sweetlip on local reefs. Trevally, flathead and bream on soft plastics and blades on the top of the tide in the Canal systems. Bream and whiting around 30cms on surface lures during dawn and dusk on the flats above McKenzie bridge and up Mountain Creek.
Caloundra: Its a good time to put the crab pots out in the creeks and try for some mud crabs. Also try for flathead and chopper tailor from the Boardwalk and off the tip of Bribie. Queenfish and bream in Pelican waters canals. The odd salmon are being caught throughout the passage on live bait and lures.

Harry, Tom and Bryce are out having a good time catching a few bream in the Cod Hole.
