Noosa: Big greenback tailor to 3kg in the gutters along Noosa North shore and Rainbow beach. Whiting and some good flathead from the river mouth during the incoming tide. Giant, golden and big eye trevally in Woods Bay and around the Sheraton Bridge. Flathead around 50 to 60cm from the Tewantin Ski run.

Maroochydore: Jewfish up to 12kg have been taken from the Maroochy River mouth up to the Cod Hole. Still plenty of whiting throughout the river with the river mouth producing good fish on the run in tide. Large sand crabs in the channel above Bli Bli and the cod hole.

Kawana: Dart and whiting off the beaches on live sand worms. Trevally and bream around the bridges on soft plastics and blades. Good dusky flathead from the lower Mooloolaba river around the sand banks. Flathead and trevally in the canals and in Mountain Creek.

Caloundra: Tailor around the bar. Flathead between the bar and Bells on the edges of the channel. Whiting between Golden Beach and Coochin Creek. Bream, trevally and cod in the canals on soft plastics and small hard bodies.

Neil landed this giant trevally while fishing above the Bli Bli bridge.
