Noosa: The tailor are still around the cut ins along the beach on pillies. Trevally are still around the Woods Bays area with the odd mangrove jack hanging under the trevally. Good size bream around the timber and jetties throughout the river on soft plastics.

Maroochydore: Bream, Dart and good size whiting along the Mudjimba beach in the deeper cutters on worms and pipis.. Flathead 52-58cm caught on 3” gulp soft plastics. Golden trevally from Yinni St late in the afternoons. Jew to 6kg are being taken from the cod hole on the outgoing tide late afternoon and night.

Kawana: Sand flathead ,dart, whiting and good bream along Kawana Beach. Tailor and the odd jew are being caught off the rock walls at dawn and dusk. Good bream in the canals on soft plastics and the odd trevally hanging around as well. Flathead and whiting around McKenzie’s Bridge.

Caloundra: Small snapper early morning from Bray Rock. Big flathead to 80cm are being taken from the entrance to the passage on soft plastics and live bait. Good size bream, trevally and even the odd queenfish are being caught along the boardwalk.
