Noosa: Good tailor to 3.5kg from around the first and second cutting. Trevally have been feeding in large schools at dawn and dusk in Woods Bays and along Gympie Terrace stretch. Good size bream around the timber and jetties throughout the river.on soft plastics.
Maroochydore: Whiting to 36cm around Picnic Point and bream to 29cm from the Black Banks. Golden to 1.6kg and giant trevally in the 2.2kg range from the Cod Hole. Flathead 52-58cm caught on 3” gulp soft plastics. Bream and Tarwhine from Picnic Point. Jew to 6kg are being taken from the cod hole on the outgoing tide late afternoon and night.
Kawana: Sand flathead ,dart, whiting and good bream along Kawana Beach. Chopper tailor from the rock walls. The odd golden trevally at La Balsa Park. A few school jew in the river mouth over night. Flathead and whiting around McKenzie’s Bridge.
Caloundra: Small snapper early morning from Bray Rock. Flathead around 50 to 60cm from the top end of the passage. Chopper tailor in the main channel and the odd trevally around the channel markers on the making tide. A few good bream and trevally in the canals on the making tide.
