Noosa: Tailor along the North shore. There’s good size flathead from the mouth of the river. Trevally on the top of the tide in Weyba Creek and the canals. Bream and flathead from the Tewantin Ski run. Chopper tailor in Woods Bay.
Maroochydore: Whiting around 28 to 30cm, bream and luderick caught on the top and then the run out tide around Chambers Island. Trevally to 1.8kg on herring from Twin Waters and Bli Bli. Flathead to 83cm from the mouth to 55cm from picnic Point and to 60cm from the cod hole.
Kawana: A few tailor are being caught along the rock wall and in the gutters along the local beaches. The odd golden trevally at La Balsa Park. Bream throughout the river particularly around moorings. A few jew around the entrance to the river as well. Flathead and whiting around McKenzie’s Bridge.
Caloundra: Flathead around 50cm from the top end of the passage, a few chopper tailor in the main channel and the odd trevally around the channel markers on the making tide. Bream and flathead from Military Jetty. Luderick off the boardwalk on the top of the tide morning.
