Noosa: Good size flathead to 72cm from the entrance to the river. Trevally are being caught from the canals on the top of the tide. Flathead from the Tewantin Ski run.

Maroochydore: Jew are being caught at the cod hole on the outgoing tide at night. With the recent rain it would be worth chasing the mud crabs in the middle and upper reaches. Trevally and bream in the cod hole. Flathead on soft plastics in Petrie Creek. Bream from Chambers Island.

Kawana: The Tailor are being caught along the beaches in the gutters. Bream throughout the river try around the moorings. A few school jew around the entrance to the river as well. Flathead around McKenzie’s Bridge.

Caloundra: Pan size flathead from the entrance to the river. Bream and flathead from Military Jetty. Luderick off the boardwalk on Thursday morning on the top of the tide morning. Chopper tailor and the odd trevally in the channel on the making tide.

Bryce Francis had a good session at the Tewantin ski run coming home with this nice 1.8kg flathead.
