Maroochydore: Sand crabs at the river mouth around the high tide in the morning. With the recent rain it would be worth chasing the mud crabs in the middle and upper reaches. Trevally and bream in the cod hole. Flathead on soft plastics in Petrie Creek. Bream from Chambers Island.
Kawana: Tailor and a few big flathead off the rock wall. Bream throughout the river try around the moorings. A few school jew around the entrance to the river as well. Flathead around McKenzie’s Bridge.
Caloundra: Jew in the deeper holes. Bream and flathead from Military Jetty. Luderick off the boardwalk yesterday morning. Chopper tailor and the odd trevally in the channel on the making tide.
