Noosa: Tailor, tarwhine and dart along Teewah Beach. Trevally to 2kg in Weyba creek, Woods Bay and a few tailor are being caught at the river mouth and along the beaches at dawn and dusk. Trevally and jew along the Tewantin reach. Try trolling hard bodies along the Tewantin reach for tailor and trevally on the high tide.
Maroochydore: A 38cm bream was taken off the Chambers Island Bridge close to the top of the tide Yesterday and there’s good golden trevally about in the lower reaches. The whiting are moving in good numbers along the beaches between Marcoola to Yaroomba in the deep gutters on live sand worms. It would also be worth chasing the jew in the river as they have been getting from the cod hole and upper reaches and off the rocks at Yaroomba. Give the Bli Bli flats a go for flathead with quite a few nice 50 to 60cm specimens being caught on the drift.
Kawana: Bream, tarwhine, dart and whiting from along the beaches yesterday. There are small snapper and sweetlip around the coffee rocks off Pt Cartwright. Tailor and a few big flathead off the rock wall at Pt Cartwright at dusk and dawn. Bream throughout the river try around the moorings. A few nice 30 to 40cm whiting are moving in the river along the sand flats.
Caloundra: The odd Australian salmon, bream and a few tailor from just inside the entrance to the passage on dusk. A few jew still hanging around in the deeper holes throughout the river and still luderick off the board. And the whiting are moving in around diamond head.

Kevin Grosser from the Maroochy RSL Fishing Club landed this 37cm tarwhine yesterday, off the Chambers Island Bridge.
