Maroochydore: Sand crabs in the river mouth. Trevally, chopper tailor, flathead and bream 26-28cm from the river mouth in the mornings. Jew to 85cm in the cod hole over night. Flathead throughout the river. Bream, golden trevally and a few whiting from the mouth of Petrie Creek.
Kawana: Hairtail in the lower river. Trevally in Kawana Water, along LaBalsa wall at the top of the tide and from McKenzies bridge. Chopper tailor along the rock walls and off Point Cartwright. Quality bream around the boat moorings at night.
Caloundra: Bream, trevally and chopper tailor on soft plastics in Pelican waters. Bream off the Boardwalk and in the deeper channels over night. Jew in the deeper holes on live bait.
Snakey and Snakey Junior had a session on Chambers Island using fresh mullet strips when they landed several quality dusky flathead.
