Noosa: Dart and tailor along the North shore. Bream and flathead between the river mouth and Munna Point. Tailor, trevally and tarpon in Woods Bay. Flathead caught on the drift along the Tewantin reach.
Maroochydore: Target tailor at the river mouth and Cod Hole. Jew and trevally at the mouth of Petrie Creek. Bream to 40cm between Yinni Street and the Cod Hole, try also near Twin Waters jetty. Flathead on fresh prawn and 3inch black and white ‘smelt’ PowerBait soft plastic upstream of Bli Bli bridge.
Kawana: Dart, bream and whiting along the beaches. Giant and golden trevally from Kawana Island. Chopper tailor along the rock walls at the Mooloolaba Bar. Quality bream and a few giant trevally around the boat moorings at night.
Caloundra: Bream off the rocks at Kings Beach and Wurtulla. Bream, trevally and chopper tailor on soft plastics in Pelican waters and tailor on the top of the tide in the main channels of Pumicestone Passage. Bream along the Boardwalk and near Military Jetty.

Danny Brooks hit the Cod Hole before the rain set in and fished full tide for this beautiful 76cm jew.
