Noosa: The river has had its best run of trevally in a long time with diamond trevally to 70cm and GT’s to 65cm. Decent bream from the deeper channel just inside the mouth. Trevally and decent tailor from Woods bay on lures. Worth a try for luderick off the rocks at the river mouth.
Maroochydore: Trevally up to 3kg are still moving throughout the river. Flathead between the Jet ski area and Godfrey’s road up to 60cm. Flathead and trevally on plastics and trolled lures around the Cod Hole. Whiting, bream and tailor out from Mudjimba beach.
Kawana: Plenty of bream around the trawlers. Chopper tailor and trevally on live bait from the rock walls. Gar and Hairtail in the lower reaches. Flathead from the banks above McKenzie’s bridge on soft plastics.
Caloundra: A few trevally and tailor just inside the bar on high tide. Plenty of average sized flathead scattered throughout the river. Bream around 700g from the Blue hole. Whiting from the mouth of Bells creek. Luderick off the boardwalk.

Anthony Roads and Ben Richards were fishing with a mix of hardbody’s and soft plastics around the Cod Hole for their mixed bag.
