Noosa: Tailor, bream and whiting out from Teewah. Bream and Flathead in Weyba Creek. Whiting in the shallows at the Frying pan. Trevally and decent tailor from Woods bay on lures. Tailor and big bream from the mouth on the high tide. Worth a try for luderick off the rocks at the river mouth.
Maroochydore: Flathead between the Jet ski area and Godfrey’s road ranging up to 60cm. Whiting up to 36cm and chopper tailor from the sand bags. Trevally on plastics near the Bli Bli bridge on high tide. Big bream from the cod hole and twin waters.
Kawana: Whiting from Kawana beach at low tide. Chopper tailor and jew from the rock walls early morning. Dart from the rocks at Point Cartwright. Gar and Hairtail in the lower reaches. Flathead from the banks above McKenzie’s bridge on soft plastics.
Caloundra: Snapper and sweetlip from the rocks at Kings beach. Dart, whiting and bream at the entrance to Currimundi lake. Flathead from Happy Valley. Bream around 700g from the blue hole. Tarpon and Jew in the canals. Luderick off the boardwalk.

Despite the cooler temperatures Corey Dean managed to catch this mud crab weighing just over 1kg near Eudlo Creek.
