Noosa: Snapper and Trag jew on North reef. Grass sweetlip and snapper on Sunshine reef. Tailor, dart and the odd Jew from Noosa north shore. Flathead and trevally up to 2kg in Woods bay and around the Sheraton bridge on the high tide. Tailor and Big bream from the mouth on the high tide.
Maroochydore: Dart and snapper from Old Woman Island on soft plastic lures. Whiting, school Jew and tailor from the surf around Yaroomba and along Mudjimba in the deeper gutters. School Jew and bream up to 40cm from the Bli Bli bridge and above at night. Whiting and flathead from Picnic point on live nippers.
Kawana: Pearl perch, sweetlip, snapper, mosses perch and long tail tuna from the Outer Gneerings and Murphy’s. Bream, dart and Jew along Kawana beach and tailor from the southern side of Point Cartwright. Flathead from the banks above McKenzie’s bridge on soft plastics.
Caloundra: Squire and sweetlip from Raper shoal and Curramundi wide. Whiting out from Golden beach on live worms. Trevally and bream in the canals on soft plastics and small hard body lures. Luderick off the boardwalk. Chopper tailor on pilchards from the mouth on the making tide.
