Maroochydore: Dart and snapper from Old Woman Island on soft plastic lures. Whiting, school Jew and tailor from the surf around Yaroomba. School Jew in the upper reaches from the Bli Bli bridge and above. Flathead around 60cm from Petrie creek. Bream up to 42cm from the Cod hole overnight.
Kawana: Snapper, red throat, cod and Jew to 23.5kg at the Barwon banks on live yakkas. Sweetlip and snapper on the Gneerings. Bream, dart and Jew along Kawana beach and tailor from the southern side of Point Cartwright. Flathead from the banks above McKenzie’s bridge.
Caloundra: Squire and sweetlip from Raper shoal and Curramundi wide. Snapper and sweetlip from Caloundra 5 mile. Whiting out from Golden beach on live worms. Flathead from the mouth of Bells creek and a few trevally in the canals on soft plastics. Luderick off the boardwalk.
