Noosa: Snapper, pearlies, Moses perch and Maori cod from North reef. Good numbers of Bream and tailor near the rocks at Double Island. Trevally and bream around the Sheraton bridge on soft plastics. Flathead around 60cm between the lakes.

Maroochydore: Sweetlip, squire and large numbers of dart around Old Woman Island. Tailor up to 2kg from the Cod Hole on high tide. Mudjimba beach has had bream, flathead and a few school jew from the deeper gutters. Flathead between to 70cm from the Bli Bli markers and the river mouth.

Kawana: Red throat, tusk fish and snapper to 6kg at the banks. Spangled emperor, Spanish mackerel, snapper and Moses perch from Murphy’s. Flathead and whiting from the banks above McKenzie’s bridge . Bream over 1kg around the trawlers at night. Plenty of garfish on fresh prawns.

Caloundra: Currimundi reef has had sweetlip and squire while wide Caloundra has had pearlies and quality snapper. Dart along Currimundi beach on the high tide on pipis and worms. Trevally at the mouth of Coochin creek. Flathead and bream from Military jetty at night on live herring.
