Noosa: Sweetlip , squire and coral trout to 5kg from Sunshine Reef. Bream, flathead and the odd at the entrance to Weyba creek . Trevally and tailor from Woods bay on plastics and around the river mouth. Tailor, dart and bream from Noosa national park.

Maroochydore: Still good numbers of trevally from the Cod Hole on the top of the tide. Bream, chopper tailor and flathead from the sand bags. Flathead on soft plastics and live bait from the entrance of Eudlo creek through to the Bli Bli bridge. School Jew in the upper reaches . Mud crabs in the creeks. 

Kawana: Grassy sweetlip, snapper, red throat emperor and the odd Coral trout from Currimundi and Murphy’s reef. Dart and bream from the rock walls on sand worms. Still plenty garfish moving through in big numbers around the sand basin on fresh prawns.

Caloundra: Snapper and sweetlip around the coffee rock of the northern end of Bribie island. Whiting around the boat ramp in Bells Creek on live nippers. Flathead and a few good size whiting from the entrance to Coochin Creek. Jewfish and bream from the blue hole on live bait.

Phil Sizer caught this nice 50cm flathead while fishing from Chambers Island.
