Noosa: Bream from the mouth and from Noosa national park at night. Jew and flathead from the deeper holes along Tewantin on live bait. Whiting from Munna Point on live worms. Trevally and some big flathead in Woods Bay. Mud crabs between the lakes.

Maroochydore: School jew and trevally around the Bli Bli bridge on high tide. Bream, grunter, whiting and flathead from the Cod hole on live prawns. Large flathead around the mouth and Petrie creek on soft plastics. Mud crabs above Bli Bli bridge.  

Kawana: Bream and Gar around the sand basin. Dart and whiting along Warana beach. Tailor and trevally at dusk from Point Cartwright rocks on pilchards and metal slugs. Hair tail, bream to 1.2kg and trevally at night in the lower reaches and around the boat Moorings. Sand crabs at the spit.

Caloundra: Sweetlip and small snapper from the rocks at Kings beach. School jew in the middle reaches of the passage. Whiting just inside the bar and out from the Power Boat Club on nippers. A few mangrove jack have are still being caught in Pelican waters canals.

The 4inch soft plastics have been working well lately and River Delisser shows how with this 1.5kg trevally up near Bli Bli.
