Noosa: Chopper tailor from the mouth on dusk. Bream up to 30cm have been prolific in the lower reaches. Trevally from Munna point. Grunter bream and flathead from Weyba creek. Whiting and flathead to 72cm from the mouth. Mud crabs between the lakes.

Maroochydore: Plenty of whiting and a few dart from Coolum beach. Dart, bream over 1kg and school Jew along Mudjimba beach. Grunter bream have been feeding along the edge of the weed beds. School jew from the cod hole. Bream and whiting from Chambers Island. Mud crabs in the upper reaches.

Kawana: Grassy sweetlip, tuskfish and a few spotties from the Gneerings. Pearl perch, sweetlip and cod from the Barwon banks. Bream from La Balsa and a few trevally from the Kawana boat ramp. Tailor, tarwhine and bream from the rocks at Point Cartwright. Mud crabs throughout the river.

Caloundra: Bream up to 850g from Golden beach on fresh prawns. Whiting at the entrance to Currimundi lake. Grunter bream from Coochin creek. A few average flathead from Happy Valley. Mud cabs around the upper reaches.
