Noosa: Tailor, dart and bream from Noosa north shore. Jew between Tewantin and Lake Coorooibah on live bait. Trevally and Tailor in Woods Bay on the high tide. Mud crabs and grunter bream between the lakes.
Maroochydore: Tailor to 3kg and bream to 1.2kg from the mouth and along Mudjimba beach. Whiting up to 35cm from Bli Bli and Cotton tree on the high tide. Big eye trevally and chopper tailor from the cod hole on high tide. Mud crabs in the upper reaches.
Kawana: Bream up to 1kg in the lower reaches. Flathead and trevally on 4 inch plastics in the lower reaches around the boat moorings and along the rock walls. Tailor, bream and the odd whiting along Kawana beach. Grunter bream and the odd jack past McKenzie’s bridge. Mud crabs throughout the river.
Caloundra: A few tailor are starting to show up off the NE tip Bribie. Flathead and bream from the boardwalk. Bream and flathead around the coastguard jetty. Flathead and trevally around Military Jetty. Mud cabs around the upper reaches.

Reg Holland was fishing from Alexandra Headlands when he landed this massive 3.7kg Tailor.
