Noosa: Pearl Perch, coral trout and a few snapper on Sunshine Reef. Trevally around the Sheraton Bridge. Whiting and dart from Teewah on live worms. Flathead and whiting from the mouth. Drifting with live baits around Noosaville has been productive for flathead. Mud crabs between the lakes.

Maroochydore: Sweetlip, moses perch and Maori Cod from the Inner Gneerings. Whiting and dart along Mudjimba beach and near Pincushion on the low tide. Bream to 1kg from the cod hole. Flathead to 64cm from the Bli Bli flats on pilchards. Mud crabs in the upper reaches.

Kawana: Coral trout, pearl perch and sweetlip from the inner Gneerings and the Blinker. Bream up to 40cm from the boat moorings on live yabbies at night. Whiting and Tarwhine from Warana beach. The odd tailor from the rock walls on live bait. Sand crabs in the lower reaches.

Caloundra: Sweetlip around Bray’s Rock. Dart, Bream and the odd whiting from Moffat beach. Trevally and bream on small hard body lures in Pelican Waters Canals. Grunter bream and school jew at the mouth of Coochin creek on live prawns and herring. Mud crabs around the upper reaches.
