Maroochydore: Flathead on Tropic Angler poddies near Petrie Creek and Bli Bli. Trevally on poppers in the mouth of Eudlo Creek on the top of the tide. Trevally, school Jew and a 47cm mangrove jack in the Cod hole. School Jew in the middle reaches. Whiting around Goat Island on poppers.

Kawana: Dart and whiting along Kawana beach. Tarpon and trevally in Lake Kawana. Cod and jacks from the weir at night. Whiting and grunter bream near McKenzie’s bridge on live prawns. Mud crabs in the canals.

Caloundra: Dart and bream from Moffat beach. Whiting out from the Power boat club. Flathead and trevally from the boardwalk. Mangrove jack and queenfish on soft plastics in Pelican waters canals. Mud cabs around the upper reaches .

Andy Gunn took young Jason and Blair fishing in the Maroochy River on Sunday Morning and after releasing several undersized Jew they boated this 47cm mangrove jack in the Cod Hole.
