Noosa: Spanish mackerel, yellow tail and long tail tuna from Sunshine reef. Barramundi, mangrove jacks and plenty of tarpon in the upper reaches around the lakes. Mangrove jacks and a few bream around the Sheraton bridge.
Maroochydore: The odd Grassy sweetlip and bream from the mouth during the early mornings. Flathead and whiting around Goat Island. Trevally and quality size bream from the Cod hole. Mangrove jacks and mud crabs in the upper reaches.
Kawana: Golden and silver trevally from Kawana waters and from the rock walls. Tailor, bream and sweetlip from Point Cartwright during dawn and dusk. Grunter and yellow fin bream around McKenzie bridge.
Caloundra: A few good size whiting from the mouth on the incoming tide. Bream, flathead and golden trevally from the board walk on live herring. Grunter bream and the odd mangrove jack in Coochin creek.
