Noosa: Mackerel, long tail tuna, coral trout and the odd Wahoo from Sunshine reef, North reef and the Jew shoal. Good catches of Mangrove Jacks from Woods Bay and the lakes. Bream and a few whiting from Munna point.

Maroochydore: Grunter bream in the upper reaches. Flathead and bream from Picnic point through to the mouth. A few whiting from the Black banks on the high tide. Mud crabs in the upper reaches.

Kawana: Trevally and a few bream from La Balsa. Mangrove jacks from Kawana waters lock. Dart, whiting and tarwhine from Kawana beach.

Caloundra: A few whiting on nippers in the lower reaches. Bream, trevally and the odd tailor from the boardwalk on dawn and dusk. Tarpon and trevally in the canals on plastics. Mud crabs in the upper reaches.
