Noosa: Tarpon and mangrove jack up from Woods bay on Gladiator prawn lures. Mangrove Jack, bream and flathead between the lakes.
Maroochydore: Grunter bream above Bli Bli bridge. Bream and whiting from the Chambers Island bridge on live worms. Mud crabs in the upper reaches.
Kawana: Trevally from La Balsa. Mangrove Jack and trevally on live herring from Kawana Lakes. Dart, whiting, bream and a few tarwhine from Kawana beach.
Caloundra: Quality whiting from Moffat beach on live worms . Queenfish, flathead and bream off the boardwalk. Tarpon and trevally in the canals. Mud crabs in the upper reaches.

Ray Collins was working 3” soft plastics in the middle reaches of the Maroochy River when he caught this 37cm grunter bream.
