Noosa: Spanish mackerel and coral trout from jew shoal and Sunshine Reef. Jacks and trevally on trolled lures in Woods Bay. Nice whiting around the 28 to30 cm limit on the banks around the Frying Panand in the Tewantin reach. Mud crabs from the Tewantin stretch and in Weyba creek.

Maroochydore: Huge Spanish mackerel to 18 kilos around around Old Woman Island yesterday morning. Tailor averaging 1kg from Mudjimba beach. Trevally from Twin Waters Weir and Nojoor Road. Flathead and bream throughout the lower reaches. Whiting to 35cm and bream to 28cm from Picnic Point early morning. Mud crabs from above Bli Bli bridge.

Kawana: Cobia from the Gneerings. Dart and trevally out from Kawana Surf Club. Mangrove Jack to 2.2kg from the upper reaches and Mountain Creek. Tailor, cod and bream from the weir early morning. Bream and trevally on the high tide around the boat moorings and along La Balsa park.

Caloundra: A 20kg Spaniard was caught at Currimundi reef a couple of days ago. Dart along Currimundi beach. Whiting and Mangrove Jack have been caught using live prawns in Coochin creek. Bream and flathead from the Boardwalk.
