Noosa: Trevally on the high tide in Woods Bay. A few whiting from the Frying Pan. Large numbers of flathead from the mouth. Dart and Tarwhine along North shore. Mud crabs from the Tewantin stretch and in Weyba creek.
Maroochydore: Plenty of Herring on the top of the tide which are being smashed by trevally, bream and flathead. Mangrove jack up to 2kg in Petrie Creek, the cod hole and above Bli Bli bridge. Big flathead on the banks upstream from Petrie Creek. Bream, tarwhine and flathead on the high tide in the cod hole. Mud crabs in good numbers above Bli Bli bridge.
Kawana: Trevally and a few average grass sweetlip from the rock walls. Whiting in the Basin. Golden and silver trevally from La Balsa park. Flathead and a few bream from McKenzie bridge. Mud crabs in the canals. Mangrove jacks and trevally in Lake Kawana.
Caloundra: Estuary cod and grunter bream from Military jetty. Mangrove Jacks from Coochin creek. Whiting and a few flathead from Currimundi lake. Trevally and bream in the canals. Mud crabs throughout the passage.
