Noosa: Trevally to 3kgs overnight in Noosa Sound on live bait, and in Woods Bay.  Whiting along Marcus Beach and tailor along Noosa North Shore.  Flathead on the sand flats around the river mouth and in Weyba Creek.  Mangrove jack in between the lakes.

Maroochydore: Quality flathead to 50cm caught at the southern end of Goat Island. Whiting at the Bli Bli bridge, and around the river mouth. Giant trevally to 2kg on live bait in the middle reaches of the river around high tide. Bream throughout the river.

Mooloolaba: Bream and trevally along the LaBalsa stretch. Trevally at the southern end of the Kawana boat ramp at dusk. Mangrove jack and bream in the Kawana Canals. Tailor and bream off Point Cartwright and the Kawana Rock wall. Whiting around McKenzie's bridge.

Caloundra: Flathead and estuary cod from the boardwalk. Chopper tailor in the bar. Whiting along Golden Beach and the stretch between Bells and Coochin Creek. Sand crabs at the Caloundra end of the passage and few muddies in the deeper holes.
