Noosa: The strong south and south easterly winds will only allow fishing very close inshore or sheltered waters today. There's been a few tailor and bream along the Teewah stretch. Quality luderick around the lower reaches of the river. School jew and plenty of bream under Munna point Bridge. Flathead from the lower river. Maroochydore: A few tailor and bream along north shore the Maroochy River mouth and in the Cod Hole. Bigger flathead from Cotton Tree, around the motorway bridge and schoolies of average size around Eudlo and Petrie Creek mouths. Mooloolaba: Tailor and school mackerel on floated pilchards and grassy sweetlip on the bottom just out from Point Cartwright. Bream, luderick and squire around the rocks at the headland. Luderick and bream from Kawana rock wall. Gar in the basin and around the moorings.
Caloundra: Garfish and bream off the rocks at Shelly Beach. Trevally and queenfish on popper pelican waters canal. Bream particularly at night and luderick off the boardwalk. Flathead in the blue hole.

Young Nick Poole took this nice 30cm bream up around the Bli Bli bridge
