Noosa: Spanish mackerel school mackerel, and grass sweetlip form Sunshine Reef. Bream, flathead and mangrove jack to 3kg from Weyba creek. Bream and whiting from the sound on live worms and nippers. Flathead from the mouth on soft plastics.

Maroochydore: Flathead to 70cm in the northern channel. Quality whiting between Chambers Island and the river mouth on the sand banks. Good numbers of flathead and a few school Jewfish in the upper reaches on soft plastics.

Kawana: Snapper to 3kg and 5kg estuary cod from the blinker. Snapper to 4.6kg and sweetlip to 5.2kg from the Barwon banks at night. Whiting, trevally and bream from La balsa park and the sand basin. Whiting, dart, bream and flathead from Kawana beach.

Caloundra: Pearl perch, sweetlip, snapper and tusk fish from Caloundra 12 mile. Trevally and bream in the canal system. Bream and whiting from Military Jetty and out from the Power boat club on live nippers. Mud crabs throughout the passage.
