Noosa: Jewfish and snapper from North Reef. Coral trout, sweetlip and Spanish mackerel from Sunshine Reef. Whiting on live prawns around Gympie terrace. Mangrove jack and the odd barramundi around Woods bay, the Sound and the upper reaches.

Maroochydore: Mangrove jack, jewfish and trevally around Coolum creek on soft plastics and live bait. Golden trevally, flathead and bream from Petrie creek mouth through to the Bli Bli bridge. Flathead and whiting from Cotton Tree. Mud crabs in the upper reaches.

Kawana: Spanish mackerel and cobia at Murphy’s Reef and Currimundi reef. Good numbers of Mack tuna and yellow fin tuna just off Mooloolaba. Trevally and bream from the Kawana boat ramp pontoon and along La Balsa park. Bream and trevally through the canal system on soft plastics and surface lures.

Caloundra: Good numbers of whiting and flathead from Currimundi Lake on live and cured worms. Flathead, bream, trevally from Military jetty. Good numbers of flathead throughout the passage on bait and lures. Mud crabs in the creeks.
