Noosa: Scarlet sea perch, mulloway and snapper from North Reef. Good numbers whiting on surface lures in the lower river. Flathead in the frying pan and along the channel out from Gympie Terrace. Mangrove jack from Woods bay and Harbour town. Dart and whiting along North Shore. Mud crabs throughout the upper reaches.

Maroochydore: Diamond scale mullet to 5kg from Picnic Point area. Trevally, flathead and the odd jewfish from the Cod hole on soft plastics around the high tide. Flathead and grunter bream from the Bli Bli bridge. Whiting from Cotton Tree during the late afternoon. Mud crabs throughout the river system.

Kawana: Spotty mackerel in the bay and Spanish mackerel at Murphy’s Reef. Golden trevally at the Kawana Boat Ramp. Tarwhine, bream and whiting from Kawana beach Whiting and bream from McKenzie’s bridge on worms and prawns. Mud crabs throughout the river system.

Caloundra: Yellow fin tuna, snapper, Spanish mackerel and grassy sweetlip from Caloundra nine mile. Flathead and bream between Shelly beach and the board walk on the top of the tide. Flathead on soft plastics and a few whiting on poppers from Bells Creek. Mud crabs in the creeks.
